CASE STUDY2026

Uzbechka

A brand built from scratch and the full growth of a restaurant chain

A chain of Uzbek restaurants. We were there from the very start: identity, positioning, content and launch support — the brand was built to scale from day one.

About the project

A chain of Uzbek restaurants

Uzbechka is a chain of Uzbek restaurants built around the idea of authentic taste, hospitality and a vivid eastern atmosphere.

The brief

Build a brand that scales into a chain

Create a brand from scratch and set it up as a strong, recognisable and scalable restaurant project — from visual identity to how it speaks to its audience.

Our approach

Not a restaurant, but a full brand

We were there at the start of the project and built it from zero as a full brand, not just a restaurant.

Instead of the standard approach we leaned into character: warm, alive, appetising both visually and emotionally.

Every element — from the name to the content — worked towards one coherent experience that scales easily into a chain.

  • 01

    Character over template

Warm light, Uzbek ceramics, suzani textiles, generous plating — a recognisable frame instead of a faceless menu photo.

  • 02

    Hospitality in frame

People, costumes, a laid table: the atmosphere reads before the list of dishes does.

  • 03

    A system that replicates

Shooting and plating rules written so that a new location looks the part from its first day.

From zero

The order in which the brand was built

Every step rested on the one before it — which is why the project scales without being rebuilt.

  1. 01

    Identity

The brand's visual language and character — before the first sign goes up.

  2. 02

    Positioning

Who Uzbechka speaks to and how: the meaning, the tone of voice, the promise to the guest.

  3. 03

    Content

Photo and video production, social channels — the brand starts speaking every day.

  4. 04

    Product and packaging

Contributing to the product and how it is presented in the room and in frame.

  5. 05

    Launch and growth

Advertising materials, support through the opening and the growth of the chain.

Outcome

From an idea to a recognisable brand

  • The project was built from zero into a full, recognisable restaurant brand.

  • Uzbechka gained a strong visual identity and a clear image for its audience.

  • The brand scales easily and reads as one concept rather than a single venue.
