Grace Kecharis Hotel

Digital presence and positioning for a resort hotel

A family resort hotel in Tsaghkadzor: mountains, spa and ski infrastructure. We owned how the hotel looks and speaks — in the feed and inside the building itself.

About the project

A family resort hotel by the Kecharis monastery

Grace Kecharis Hotel is a family resort hotel in Tsaghkadzor, next to the Kecharis monastery. It combines a mountain retreat, spa services and access to the ski infrastructure.

The brief

A modern image — online and inside the hotel

Strengthen the hotel's digital presence, make it more attractive to travellers and build a modern, competitive image both online and offline.

Our approach

One brand language — online and offline

We built communication that joins digital and offline. The focus was not only on strong visual content but on a coherent brand — from the social feed to every physical touchpoint with the guest.

The hotel started speaking to its audience in one voice — online and inside the space itself.

  • 01

    Atmosphere in frame

Interiors, service and location: mountains behind the glass, the stone vaults of the restaurant, the lounge and the rooms — what the guest actually books the hotel for.

  • 02

    One visual code

The same framing, light and delivery — in the feed, in stories and on the physical materials inside the hotel.

  • 03

    Presence, not posting

A digital strategy: where the hotel speaks to travellers, about what, and at which point of choosing the trip.

Digital + offline

Guests meet one brand before arrival and inside

The feed builds the expectation, the physical materials confirm it. We built both halves in one style — so the hotel doesn't split into «a nice Instagram» and «everything else».

Online

Social, content, digital presence

Offline

Physical touchpoints with the guest

The hotel reception desk
  • Loyalty cards
  • Banners
  • Flyers

We don't publish the hotel's printed materials — we show the environment they work in.

Outcome

The hotel now reads as a serious player

  • A coherent, recognisable brand image across every touchpoint.

  • Content and visual communication strengthened the perception of the hotel as a modern, considered place to stay.

  • Grace Kecharis Hotel came to look like a systematic, competitive player in hospitality.
